Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Our sessions are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors offer modifications for every pose.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing for movement and layers for cool evenings. Sturdy shoes for hiking. We provide yoga mats, meditation cushions, and all linens. A detailed packing list is sent upon booking.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our kitchen prepares meals to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
How do I get there?
Elysium Ranch is located in Anza, California—about 90 minutes from San Diego and 2 hours from Los Angeles. Detailed directions are provided upon booking. We can also arrange airport transfers.
